The InformerTM is a Microsoft Certified Product built with the Microsoft .NET framework. This proven data logging and reporting system gives facility administrators the ability to monitor and review all aspects of the detention electronics system and its operation.

The data logging system can be configured to record all actions of the security system. This system helps protect staff and facility administrators from false inmate accusations.

With the data logging system, custom reports can be generated based on date, time, type of event, device, keyword, etc. This user-friendly system is capable of preventative maintenance tracking by recording the number of times a specific door opens; when lights are turned on and off in certain areas; each time an intercom is activated or disconnected; or any time an alarm is tripped or reset.

Advanced features include web client software, screen and email notification for events and an audio recording module (records audio conversations from each control station). Additional advanced features include integration with offender management systems, capability to view events by "areas" or "devices", and logging staff names as they move through the facility using the Gatekeeper Access Control System
