Sharing Information
The need to share information is important in many environments. The corrections environment is no exception. One officer cannot be posted in an area for 24 hours, so important information must be passed from officer to officer. Stanley-Integrator provides an easy method of recording and retrieving information securely, which is fully integrated with our system. This functionality is called the Occurrence Log.

At the Touch Screen
The Occurrence Log allows officers to log information from their shift into the touch screen with either an attached keyboard or an on-screen pop-up keyboard. By using this option, occurrences can be both logged and viewed from the touch screen. When logging an entry, an officer is presented with entry boxes for a total of up to 100 characters and the log text of up to 3800 characters.

In the Logging Module
Since occurrence logs are stored in the Informer™ database, Informer™ clients are able to retrieve log information. Occurrence log information is included in all of the Informer's many reporting features. With the Informer, users are capable of printing and/or exporting Occurrence Log entries.

Ease of Use
The Occurrence Log is easy to use. Officers are presented with entries from the past 24 hours on their touch screens. Daily functions are easily found on the touch screen and intuitive to use. Less frequently used functions are kept in the background, yet still easily accessible. An online help system is also available to help users if needed.
